I'm looking for an apartment in Amsterdam My name is Martin and I am 26 years old student at VU Amsterdam. I am very respectful and sped most of my time studying at the university. I have a guarantor. I live alone, and have no pets and don't smoke. I am Peruvian but in the process of acquiring the documents of my Spanish citizenship. I'm available for a viewing at anytime . When could I come by for a viewing? I can move in one month after agreeing on the contract but I could start paying the rent from before to secure the place.

I am a motivated 3rd-year Data Science student at the TU/e and TiU, passing all of my courses with high grades. Furthermore, my commitment to self-development allows me to be on track to obtain the cum laude honor on my diploma. In my professional life, I am highly ambitious and this led me to seek and fulfill an internship at ASML. (I intend to take on new challenges when studying in Amsterdam). In my free time, I love playing chess - I’ve been competing at the national and international level since I was eight years old, which allowed me to become a medalist at multiple national championships (I also won the Dutch Student Chess Championship in 2023). Thanks to this experience, I am a chess coach which allows me to earn around 300-400 euros a month and gives me a lot of fun. Furthermore, apart from my personal income, I am also financially supported by my family and their income greatly surpasses the rent. Overall, I am a very respectful person and do not cause any disturbance, while also taking care of the place I live in. All this makes me believe that I would be a perfect fit for your apartment.

I am a third year Data Science student in Eindhoven. in September 2024 I am starting the master's of Artificial Intelligence at University van Amsterdam. I usually spend most of my time on campus either studying or working. In terms of shared facilities I care the most about kitchen as I like to cook a lot, I prefer if it is kept clean by all members of the house. I am not a big party person, I prefer the calm and quiet atmosphere at the house, but I don't mind occasional social events. I don't have any pets, and I also don't smoke.
